This home with views of the Atlantic Ocean in Mashpee was designed to be a full-time residence replacing a summer home. The project was designed in the Shingle Style. The street side has a first floor porch for sitting and interacting with the neighborhood and a second floor deck to take in occluded water views. The open interior living space also opens to a backyard entertaining area for family and friends. The interiors were designed by MKH design in Mashpee. It was a great collaboration to design a comfortable family home.
