This is a Shingle Style Cottage that was a major renovation with additions to an existing home. The family room, away room and second floor were added in a previous renovation in 2007 also designed by our firm. The current renovation and additions added more living space in an addition to the left side of the existing house as well as a tower at the main house. This increased the gathering space for entertaining both inside and outside. For exterior living we have included roof decks and a covered living area at the first floor. We also added a tower with a third floor roof deck to the originally renovated house for amazing views of the ocean. The front elevation was designed to maintain the scale and feel of the neighborhood and the waterside opens up to the water views beyond.
