Falmouth Shingle Style
This new shingle style home was designed to take advantage of both indoor and outdoor living. The views and light were very important in the layout of this house. The informal lifestyle of this summer home facilitates the relaxed atmosphere. The main floor encompasses the general living areas and primary bedroom suite. Additional guest suites and a secondary living area are located on the second floor. The first floor covered terrace was designed to accept screen and storm panels to extend the indoor/outdoor living area. Above the terrace is a roof deck that takes advantage of occluded water views. This home was well built by Brad Broderick Building & Remodeling.
