This carriage house was built to provide storage space for a couple of boats as well as guest space in the upstairs loft. The landscape design is very understated and low-maintenance with emphasis on summer interest and ample lawn space as play space for the children. The cobblestone apron in the front of the carriage house also serves as an extended walkway for practical and simple access to the main house.
