Introducing Casa de Artista - a D'Asign Source remodel in the Middle Keys! A diamond in the rough, our clients immediately fell in love with the house, surrounding property and its vast potential.

After discussing their needs, we went to work laying out a new and improved site plan—including a new unattached art studio structure, pool and spa upgrade, sandy beach, dock, outdoor living room and kitchen.

On the interior, walls were moved and removed to open up spaces. New hurricane impact windows were added and a beautiful stone fireplace unearthed. The only surface left untouched was the beautiful tongue and groove ceiling spanning the full living and dining room area.

The most impactful change came in the kitchen. Once a small and crowded space, the kitchen was opened up to provide a state of the art cooking space and wine station—featuring dual wine refrigerators. Double islands and a built in banquet provide work spaces and room for friends and family to join in without feeling in the way.

Furnishings and accessories throughout the home were selected with an artist's eye. Soft blues, greens and shades of coral come alive on the custom upholstery, pillows and bed linens.
