Sunset Point

The home owners wanted a residence that gave a nod to classic Mediterranean architecture. To accomplish this, round shapes and strong angles were used to define the exterior and interior of the home. The color palette remained soft and neutral to blend into the surroundings, while intricate wrought iron details added intimate touches of character and the islands. Of utmost importance was building a new home that would immediantly instill a sense of belonging and warmth for large gatherings of family and friends. They required a home base for fishing, diving, boating, as well as enjoy the beauty of the sea and lush island life. Upon meeting the three brothers who own and operate D'Asign Source, they knew instinctivly these were people who understood the importance of incorporating family and the Florida Keys lifestyle into the heart and soul of every aspect of a home.
