These clients invested, and wasted, many thousands of dollars in staging their home for sale. They needed to physically move out, put their belongings into storage, and wait months for their townhome to sale, while paying hefty fees for staging. They ultimately returned home, took their home off the market, and rented some basic pieces. They brought us in to effectively 'stage' their home to entice and attract future homebuyers, using cost-conscious, thoughtful investments to maximize interest, but all pieces would then be theirs to own.
