This project included an interior remodel and a 424 square foot addition that created a comfortable and private primary suite, carefully integrated with the existing structure.

The kitchen was remodeled to improve its layout, efficiency, and connection to adjacent living areas. To support better organization and daily routines, a portion of the extra-deep garage was repurposed to create a dedicated pantry and laundry room, providing additional storage and utility space.

At the rear of the home, a 252.3 square foot covered patio was added, extending the living area outdoors and creating a welcoming space for relaxing, dining, and entertaining throughout the year.

Inside the home, the living room ceiling was vaulted, increasing volume and natural light while creating a more open and airy atmosphere. One of the bedrooms benefitted from a generous bay, after being slightly reduced for the incorporation of the primary suite.

Together, these improvements created a more functional layout and strengthened the connection between the home’s indoor and outdoor living spaces.
