Chapman Arms is located in Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Listed on the National Register of Historic Properties, Kimberly Mercurio Landscape Architecture was contracted to refurbish the landscape design for the entry courtyard, an inner courtyard and foundation plantings. The design goals included: budget, sustainability, accessibility and historic precedent. The design won the WinnResidential Landscape Design Award in 2014.
