This newly constructed home on Cape Cod required a landscape design for an exterior stairway entrance from the parking area to the front door. Located a short distance from the village of Chatham, MA on a bluff near Stage Harbor, the elevation provides ocean views and a close proximity to the town's commercial fishing docks. The landscape architecture took advantage of native plants and mature trees and included custom outdoor structures like the arbor at the top of the steps. A stone veneer retaining wall, full cleft bluestone patio and reclaimed granite stairway to the beach are just a few of the highlights of the landscape design. Lavender, Bayberry, Russian Sage, and Azaleas are used throughout this waterfront property.
