Chic Traditional Home
This chic, traditional remodel took inspiration from a barn that pre-existed on the property. Wanting to incorporate the sense of history, we used the barn’s original beams for the ceiling and some of the built-ins throughout the home. This home now includes an updated transitional design while incorporating traditional elements that are accented with touches from the barn. The home includes coffered ceilings, custom moldings, and marble counter tops in the bathrooms. The chef’s kitchen incorporates functionality with elegance with a large marble island, a farm sink, as well as commercial grade appliances.
A highlight of the home is the connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The living room of the home includes two sets of French doors that open onto the covered patio allowing for a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor living rooms. The patio and outdoor living space include a large wood burning fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and dining area. The patio area is bordered by a pergola and a row of Elm trees that create an intimate courtyard setting great for outdoor entertaining.
