Open Concept Kitchen & Living Room

This 1990’s Brookhaven home had a small kitchen and awkward floor plan and was in need of a creative new kitchen design. Our clients were seeking an open concept design that would accommodate their growing family. By improving the footprint and functionality of the inefficient and cramped kitchen, adding a much-desired guest bathroom, and updating their powder room and fixtures throughout, our team created a stylish and open feel that flows seamlessly between the living spaces.
The inviting center island boasts quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets, added seating and ample storage and is the activity hub for homework, cooking and hosting friends and family. Adjacent to the kitchen, is a stunning custom beverage station which is as attractive as it is functional. Features include semi-custom gray cabinetry with quartz countertops, wine fridge, antique brass wall sconces and rustic wood floating shelves. The antique brass island pendants and marble mosaic backsplash add the finishing touches to this well-designed kitchen.
The updated fireplace consists of a timeless honed herringbone marble tile surround and marble slab hearth and maintains the neutral color scheme used throughout the home ensuring all elements blend perfectly.
