This spec project was built in 2015 with an eye on a classic aesthetic that could appeal to a variety of buyers.

We replaced a run down 1950s raised bungalow with 2 semi-detached homes with unique floor plans and interior designs. Following the safe and successful removal of the existing home, the land was subdivided and permits were obtained for the new proposed semi-detached home projects. The 2 completed homes quickly found families to occupy them!
