With the popularity of open concept floor plans, this older bungalow was remodelled to incorporate an open feel. A once small and dark kitchen was opened up by removing the wall between the kitchen and living room. A front entry addition was executed to accommodate a space where one could enter without walking right into a living room and was paired with a new large closet to maximize storage space. The main floor bathroom was remodelled to include a built-in linen cabinet and custom vanity. A basement development increased the living space of this home and included a new bathroom with custom shower, 2 bedrooms and a generous media room. Our colorful customers opted to have fun with their finishes. From the marmoleum rainbow floors to the teal subway tile backsplash, this color palate was anything but boring!
