This contemporary home with a remarkable woodlands view needed a transformation functionally and visually. The clients’ top priorities were taking advantage of the views and creating setting for natural light to fill the living area. The original floor plan was disconnected in function and aesthetics. To resolve these issues walls were removed to create an open plan that allowed flow and new upper windows allowed for a flood of natural light while not losing sight of updating the overall look.
