This 1980’s home had been remodeled and updated throughout the years, but the old eighties style remained evident in this home’s basement. The clients were design enthusiasts and desired a new WOW-factor while still tying into the rest of the home’s timeless design. This was a challenge we were happy to accept!
In the end, the homeowner wanted and invigorating multi-use, two-tiered lower level for enjoy family time, as well as entertaining guest, and that’s exactly what they got; elegant seating, an immaculate serving counter, opulent cocktail bar with seating, a cozy fireplace nook, engaging movie theater lounge, and other intimate conversational areas for gatherings large or small.
