Sophisticated Lake Front

This 1960’s contemporary split level home with a remarkable lake front view needed a transformation functionally and visually. The clients’ top priorities were taking advantage of the views and creating better use of their space on hand. The original floor plan was disconnected in function and aesthetics. To resolve these issues walls were removed to create an open plan that allowed flow and focus while not losing sight of updating the overall look.
