COASTAL FAMILY HAVEN
This project involved the creation of a new custom home in Newburyport, MA, totaling 4,800 square feet for a family of six and their two dogs.
The coastal transitional design, with contemporary eclectic elements, was influenced by the clients’ desire for a spacious home by the water, ideal for entertaining. Noteworthy features include stunning views of the historic chain bridge and the river, as well as the staircase, kitchen, and primary bathroom.
Located on the picturesque Merrimack River, the house is a testament to a new chapter in the clients’ lives, having been built in their cherished hometown. The project was a labor of love for all involved and has fostered a close bond with the homeowners.
