Located in Arlington, MA, this project encompassed the transformation of the primary bathroom in a modern colonial single-family home.

The existing space was outdated and undersized for the home, prompting the need for expansion to accommodate the clients’ wish list, including a double vanity and a spacious shower. By reconfiguring the floor plan and borrowing space from the primary bedroom, we achieved a more functional and spacious design.

Influenced by the client’s contemporary style, the space features a stunning rosewood wall-hung vanity with a thick countertop and integrated stall sink, matte black plumbing fixtures, contrasting tiles, and clean lines.
