The exterior architecture combines a modern colonial feel with striking details such as curved walls, black windows, beautiful stone, and a stunning mermaid weather vane. The interior boasts a spacious entertaining area with a luxurious full bar featuring ostrich leather and quartz materials, complemented by stone-look porcelain floor tiles and warm wood ceilings.

The design balances masculine elements with luxurious textiles and muted neutral colors, while showcasing the client’s sports memorabilia. Large folding doors create an open feel and provide easy access to the pool, patio, and outdoor kitchen and bar. The building also houses an office with stunning windows and a breathtaking window ceiling, with an adjacent pool house completing the space.
