Originally constructed in 1854, the townhouse boasted traditional features but suffered from a dim and compartmentalized layout. The clients sought to enhance the space, creating an open-concept design flooded with natural light, ideal for entertaining and comfortable living.

The design style incorporated eclectic transitional elements, seamlessly integrating original architectural details. Notable highlights include custom painted brass metal accent cabinets and exquisite marble finishes.
