Color-Guided Apartment Renovation

The apartment was reworked for two generations under one roof, a daughter and her aging father who needs daily support. AMPOPS balanced closeness and privacy so each resident keeps their independence while staying connected.

Hidden partitions can separate the father's space when he wants calm, then open it back to the home when the family gathers.

Color does the work as a guiding instrument. Because the father's vision is fading, bold hues define each room, highlight thresholds, and reduce the risk of disorientation or a fall. A yellow zone, a green room, and saturated accents give the apartment a clear order and let him read the space at a glance. The result supports care with intention and offers orientation through design.
