During rainstorms, water used to flood this backyard, however, once we dug a trench and installed a dry, rock river, drainage was no longer an issue. These homeowners wanted to add a patio, a pergola with a clear, lexan ceiling, a fire pit, a pondless waterfall, and a fire table. With this design, we were able to provide them with multiple areas for entertainment that can be used at any time of day.
