This home needed everything. As you see from the pictures, the existing deck was extending far into the yard taking away all possible space. The yard also was not level. The back stairs were destroyed when the homeowner decided to install this useless deck. Our solution! Remove the deck, repair the stairs, level the yard with a retaining wall, and finally installing a highly functional patio where the adults can relax while the children play in the yard. The client wanted the yard to be used within 2 weeks so sod was the only answer. We completed this entire project within our company. Fence and all. The completion of mulch and flowers added a true curb appeal to this unsightly home.
