Concord Update

This contemporary home built in the 1960s was well lived in and deserving of a significant update. The interior was opened up and modernized, with an odd mix of different periods and styles made consistent. A badly laid out second floor was expanded, with the consolidation of a number of different sized dormers into a single structure.

The exterior of the home has been completely re-though. Multiple small, choppy dormers have been combined. A distinct Front Entry space has been created with a metal standing seam roof and bluestone patio. The old vertical siding has been replaced with a natural redwood.

Long view of the rear window wall which runs along virtually the entire rear length of the home . Despite being almost 50 years old, the existing 8 FT wide (double-glazed) sliding glass doors were in surprisingly good condition, except for some staining. They were restored and painted.
