This is a custom-built contemporary Craftsman-style home on a small property near the center of town. It is a tight, rectangular lot, elevated from the street. The interior is about 3,600 square feet, with classic Craftsman details used throughout.
Price was a significant constraint to the client, so we used some fairly creative applications of off-the-shelf materials and fixtures to keep the budget well below the average in this high-end community.
