A tiny old Kitchen and a eating nook were combined to create a new Kitchen. The Kitchen flows into a Casual Dining space and the Family Room. The old exterior wall was removed and a wide opening created that brings all of the spaces together. This project was a combination of new construction with classic finishes to match the rest of the house.

A small, difficult to negotiate staircase was opened up and enlarged to become part of the larger open-flow space. A new Side Entry and Mudroom was created for the interior with Craftsman style details throughout.

For the exterior, the Screened Porch, Side Entry, and garage wing were added to the original small footprint colonial revival home.
