CONS -
There is a difference between hand crafted Water fall stye tables and mass produced ones. A mass produced piece has several of the same size being made at once in a large oven. Slabs are placed over a curved form and heated till they fold over the form and cool. This produces a sleek, perfect, gradual curve.
A hand crafted table is done one piece at a time...well by hand. I super heat a single line on the table until it is soft and fold it and clamp it by hand till it cools then form the other side. This creates a tighter edge and will sometimes create an inner fold look. Most edges come out very clean but folding melted Lucite is not a perfect process.
Longer tables may sag in the center under their own weight. For tables longer than 60” a horizontal support brace could be recommended to prevent such sagging. The support braces, while adding strength to the table, do not always glue on clean. You can and will see air pockets in the seams where a support brace is included.
On clear tables you will see glue pockets where the key base is attached to the table, it is nominal but if it will bother you then please consider a non-clear finish for this piece..
