Elevated coastal living.

Re-construction of a new single-family home on the site of a cottage structure demolished due to flooding concerns. Set in a waterfront community just south of Boston, the new structure elevates the living spaces above flood plain levels by stacking an open first floor plan and two upstairs bedrooms + shared bath above a new 2-car garage. Interior detailing and materials were selected to recall the original cottage style.
