A new 8,000 sf single family residence designed for a growing family relocating from the city to the near-west suburbs. Classic New England building materials and forms influenced the exterior design, with traditional mouldings and custom cabinetry filling the interior. The program arranges 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths over three floors, with an attached 3-car garage off the front, a vaulted family room wing off the rear, and a home exercise space in the finished basement.
