The complete renovation of a 100 year old single family waterfront home on Boston's North Shore, this project included the relocation of the interior stair and fireplaces, as well as the removal of an out-dated elevator system. Extensive custom trim work and cabinetry was designed for all floors to respect the original character of the period home, and a new ship's ladder was installed to access the updated widow's walk on the roof. The 6,000 square foot, 7 bedroom and 4 1/2 bath residence also provides full guest quarters in the newly renovated detached garage.
