This cottage underwent a significant remodel, which included lifting the existing structure and digging a new full basement and adding a second story. The resulting house fits in perfectly in its neighborhood and has a much improved relationship to the site. The new interior layout greatly improved the light quality, flow and function for more indoor/outdoor living.
