This project is located on a steeply sloping oak covered site with significant off site views to the north and west. Floor hieght elevations were established to reveal these views by extending vertically through the existing oak canopy. Outdoor amenities are stepped down the north facing knoll beginning with a bbq deck and fire pit and ending at the negative edge pool and spa level.
