This project is woven into a challenging site, covered with mature oak trees and sloping steeply to the northeast. Four levels slope down the grade with children's bedrooms, family room and kitchen on the highest, then the dining room level, followed by the living room, entry and library level and finally the master bedroom level. Carved into the hill is a basement, three car garage, home theater, bar and activities room. This speculative venture was sold immediately upon completion.
