This 1949 Country Club home had undergone a few previous renovations over the years including a rear addition. Our team worked to blend the spaces to create a consistent flow throughout while still maintaining defined zones. We were able to expand the kitchen by expanding the exterior wall slightly where an existing bay window was, match the existing hardwood floors in the front of the home to the new floors in the back, and modernize the bathrooms.

The team also renovated the basement to create two zones with a two-bedroom apartment on one side and a laundry room with storage on the other. Outside, we added an attached covered patio that connects the newly updated interior spaces to the backyard.
