We collaborated with architect David Kotzebue to turn a basic backyard into a dream backyard. The result is a backyard oasis in the middle of the City, with separate stations for cooking, lounging, soaking, and entertaining. We also upgraded the home's second- and third-story Juliet balconies, transforming them into elegant architectural structures of glass, steel, and wood.
