Pacific Heights #2

What was originally pitched as a fairly modest renovation ended up being a substantial, whole-home remodel—and included a structurally intensive retrofit—of a 4,570 square foot, 1929 beaux-arts style home. The biggest transformation took place on the top floor, which encompasses the expansive family room and a rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen. Both spaces take full advantage of the spectacular views of the SF Bay and Golden Gate Bridge and are designed for entertaining.
