The market was tight when our clients were looking to move to Mendota Heights, MN after their daughter was born. This property ticked all the boxes: three bedrooms on one floor, walkout basement, and a beautiful setting on a pond, but the “pros” stopped there. We opened up the main floor to take advantage of the panoramic view and tore out the 1980s finishes. All the major elements we brought in are neutral but elegant, with some west coast flair, to ensure longevity and to set off the couples’ burgeoning art collection.
