Though this stately home was full of beautiful original details, the kitchen had been updated badly by previous owners and the back of the house had no flow. To improve functionality, the homeowners invested in a thoughtful remodel of the kitchen and the addition of a breakfast room, mud room, and powder room at the rear of the house. To ensure that the addition kept the spirit of the house, new millwork details took inspiration from existing woodwork, the lighting includes vintage glass shades, and the tile is classic and timeless. Modern furnishings, designer fabrics, and dressmaker details speak to our client's fashion-forward taste.
