This bathroom was in desperate need of an update - from the corner tiled soaker tub to the dated design.

Our client was looking for a massive transformation with out a big hit to the budget. The design started with keeping the plumbing locations in the same spots to save money.

The project required updating all of the plumbing, redoing the tile work and adding a pony wall for more privacy from the toilet. Our team took the time to update lighting and insulation - as well as updated fixtures to improve the energy efficiency of the space.

As our clients are in the construction industry as well - and responsible for the management for a large gravel pit. They lived in the home during the renovation of their bathrooms, and our team worked to ensure minimal disruption to their home overall. I think we all know people in the construction industry can be some of our tougher clients, and this project was no exception - our clients purchased half of their own fixtures and our plumber provided the other half making the project more complicated in getting everything together.
