Removal of a load bearing wall to create more living space
Used 6' of deck to turn into living room to make more room for the family
Living room, dining room and basement transformed
Turned downstairs into master bedroom
Created new bathroom to allow for an ensuite for parents
Allowed kids to live upstairs for their own rooms
Incorporated existing beam in the basement
Created walk in closet downstairs
Created games room behind the living room
Installed hood fan – took out old microwave hood fan and put in new one
The home is eminently more functional for this multigenerational family to enjoy time together without stepping on each others toes!
