Troy home total gut renovation.
Valia Design gave this home a brand new first floor layout by reworking the existing architecture with an entirely new layout and design aesthetic. We designed and managed the execution of this large residential renovation.
We added custom designed by Valia one-of-a-kind features including a rough sewn cedar hood fan cover and expanded and wrapped structural ceiling beam. We also tiled a feature wall and gave the space a fun and colorful accent that bridges the kitchen / dining to the family room.
