Phase One: Complete basement build-out and first floor kitchen remodel. We relocated the original kitchen into the basement and created a completely finished space including a full spa-like bathroom. This space needed an egress window as well as partitions built. The basement now functions as an entertaining space with media, a children's play space with an art center and plenty of hidden storage space.

Phase Two: Complete kitchen expansion remodel including wall demolition and the addition of windows. The kitchen has two islands, a cooking center, sink center, homework / informal eating center and a custom pantry and serving buffet area ans well as a formal dining area, farmhouse style.
