When it was time to remodel our kitchen, our neighbor recommended Dana. It was the best decision that we made to go with Valia Design. We have a tutor style home and Dana was able to blend a new kitchen with the style of our home. I told her that I did not want cookie cutter kitchen and boy, did she delivered. She understood my taste and help me pick out amazing decor. She help me think outside the box and I am so grateful for it. She picked out beautiful paint colors that we did throughout the first floor. My kitchen definitely has that "wow" factor that I would have never achieved on my own. We used her contractor, Randy. He had a hard working crew that were on time and tidy. Dana was able to make a remodel project enjoyable and fun vs stressful. It was a great experience.

When my husband and I decided to redo our kitchen which then turned into us wanting to remodel the entire first floor, I knew I was going to need help. I am so glad I called Valia Design. Dana is incredible to work with. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable. We felt confident that we were in good hands and could trust Dana with what could have felt like a very overwhelming and intimidating project. One of the things I appreciated the most, is that Dana always made me feel like I had a say in the process. She always listened to our vision and ideas. I have worked with Dana on multiple spaces in my home from a complete kitchen remodel to a small boys bathroom reno. She is currently helping me with two more spaces in my home because I knew no one else could capture my style like she does. I thought by now, I would have a sense of how to make colors and patterns match, but Dana reminds me how much talent she has and how I need to let her make those crucial decisions. I love that she finds reasonably priced options for design and doesn't always reach for the outrageously expensive options. She is so great at saying "you don't need to knock that wall down. We can do so much with the space we have." She has done such a great job bringing all my projects to perfection. She is so easy to work with and down to earth. I cannot recommend her enough.

I hired Dana for a color consultation as we were having the exterior and interior of our house repainted. She was able meet quickly and helped create a fresh, on trend, whole house color palette that elevated the entire house. I feel like I now live in a brand new model home! Dana was super easy to work with, listened to my ideas, and helped guide me in selecting coordinating colors. She was able to create a a color pallet that made the whole house feel fresh and cohesive with pops of fun color! I would recommend Dana to anyone feeling overwhelmed in choosing paint colors and can’t wait to work with her again on future home update projects!

Dana completely remodeled the entire first floor of my home. She was professional, creative, detailed, organized and a ton of fun to work with. My home had an unusual layout that felt very enclosed. Dana suggested removing a wall, something I had not considered, and wow was she right. It was a total transformation. She came up with a creative and unique design that incorporated my ideas with her professional opinion. She walked me through every aspect from cabinetry to detailed copper accents. What generally tends to be a very stressful endeavor was seamless with Dana and her contractors and vendors. Valia Design turned my dream into reality.
