With a large hillside towards the street, this home lacked curb appeal. A new stepped path creates an inviting entrance, and wooden screen walls with a new fence provide privacy from the street. We loved the front yard’s existing mature Japanese maple and accented it with new plantings of blue fescue, lavender, and euphorbia. The backyard received a simple facelift with new lawn, plantings, and a wooden deck under an existing tree.
