This home has great bones and is in a fabulous location but needs some refreshing and some adjustments to meet the homeowners' needs. Plan - keep kitchen layout to save floor but give new cabinets and a bar overhang, The master ensuite only has 1 sink and no mirrors which is a deal breaker. The guest bath cabinet is funny shape, low and has no storage. The mudroom has a poor layout and lack of storage and is where they enter their home so it needs to be retrofitted to suit their wants and needs. Can hardly wait for this one to begin!
