This condo was in serious need of a makeover. Because of structural/mechanical issues we could not move walls and we could not move any plumbing or electrical in most areas. My client is retired and was on a tight budget. We used Ikea cabinetry and bought a free-standing vanity for the bathroom rather than do custom cabinetry. This saved a fortune. The flooring was the splurge as the whole condo required new flooring. We kept the glass blocks to the craft room/office as it allows light from living/dining and kitchen to seep into the room to give it some natural light.
