A townhome in a retirement community. The owners who are in their 80's wanted an updated, modern home to spend their time. The trick for this one was that we wanted to make it handi-capable so the owners could stay for the long term. This involved removing angled walls in the hallway and widening all of the interior doors. We took over part of the kitchen to remove an angled wall in the bathroom and give the owners a large shower and double vanity.
