Kitchen addition, which included the installation of a new hardwood floor, replacement of existing cabinetry with black walnut countertops, upgrades to modern appliances and fixtures, with new custom casement window sashes fabricated to match the existing. The existing pool, decking and equipment were removed for the construction of a new pool house, complete with finish carpentry. New cedar shingle roofs were also installed.
