In this 2005 home, we removed a non load-bearing wall that was dividing the kitchen and great room to give that open concept feel, really maximizing the space. The kitchen received a full overhaul with new cabinets, quartz counters, and hardware. The entire space saw new flooring, baseboards, lighting, door handles, and paint. The oak doors and trim? Oak vanities in the bathrooms? We don’t know them anymore. Our painters are miracle workers.

While the bathrooms didn’t get a full overhaul, we made a couple simplistic changes that really made a difference in their appearance. In addition to painting the cabinets, we replaced the vanity counters in both bathrooms with quartz and upscaled the ensuite bathtub with a new skirt & tile work. This really gave these bathrooms an elegance that was missing before.

The tile work on the fireplace was replaced and a new, modern mantel was added. The pantry & front hall closet saw new doors, and the entrance & office walls received a lot of personality with classy wall paper.
